– What if I miss the deadline?
If the entry deadline is missed, parents will be charged a 25$ club fee, plus any fees that are determined by the host club.

Confirmation of events and times come out 72h-48h prior to the start of the swim competition and will be communicated to parents via email.

When you arrive at a swim competition, swimmers must go on deck in their competition uniforms. Parents will have a designated viewing area where they can sit. At no point during the meet are parents allowed the pool side.

In most cases yes, however some swim meets may not accept certain swims due to time constraints. If this does happen, parents will be notified via email.

No, because of our diverse options in pool locations, our coaches rotate shifts for swim meets. On thing you can count on is our awesome head coach Eric Dunn being at almost every meet.
