Looking for free fitness classes for the whole family? 

MIS Virtual Fitness Classes now available for the summer 2020 season.  Stay swim fit with classes given by MIS owners and swim team coaches, Marc, Adam & Kelly. The goal of our Virtual Fitness Program is to give people of all ages, skill levels and body types the chance to train like a top tier athlete in workouts that will challenge your body and improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.

Our intense, total-body workouts were designed for getting real results fast and every workout features the best functional strength training to build muscle, strength, speed, agility and stamina.

One-hour classes are offered every Tuesday virtually.

On off days, you can still train hard with us through our MIS At-Home Fitness Plan.  Athletes will have access to workouts 7 days a week and can post and share their results with their peers through our Facebook page.

These fun and challenging total body workouts will work on strength and flexibility exercises for your abs, chest, back and shoulders

Every workout starts with an intense cardiovascular circuit to get your heart rate up and is followed up by plenty of stretching to help protect your body against overuse and injury


Workouts are offered every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. You will receive a link by email every Tuesday morning to join, there is no obligation to do every workout.
