Questions answered

FAQ section

What is the difference between semi-private and mini group?
Semi-private is for 2 swimmers of different ages or levels, often siblings. Mini group is for 2 swimmers of the same age and level who can progress together.
Can we book for 3 or 4 swimmers?
Yes. We offer small-group at-home lessons for 3 or 4 swimmers, with per-swimmer pricing shown above. Families or residents must form their own group; MIS does not create at-home groups.
Do you offer both house pools and condo pools?
Yes. We offer private, semi-private, and group lessons in backyard pools as well as condo and apartment building pools. For semi-private or group lessons, families or residents must form their own pairings or groups.
How many weeks is the program?
The standard program includes 6 lessons scheduled over an 8-week period to allow flexibility for vacations. If you’d like to add more weeks, we can accommodate that based on availability.
