Choose a program based on age, confidence and swimming goals.
Stage 01
Ages: 3 to 30 months
Confidence
Parents learn how to support their child in the water while building trust, safety, and joy through positive, age-appropriate experiences. Together, they create the foundation for a lifetime of confident swimming. Confidence starts with comfort, for both the swimmer and the parent!
Swimmers and families connect with others, building positive relationships and a shared love of the water.
