Il est souvent aim\u00e9 et\/ou d\u00e9test\u00e9. Mais c&#8217;est rapide, et c&#8217;est une chose de puissance et de beaut\u00e9 quand on le voit dans une course.<\/p><p>Dans la fa\u00e7on du MIS, le dos crawl\u00e9 est introduit au moment o\u00f9 le nageur montre qu\u2019il peut nager et respirer seul (parfois plus t\u00f4t). Lorsque vous enseignez le dos crawl\u00e9, il est important d\u2019enseigner s\u00e9par\u00e9ment la position, les mouvements de jambes et les bras et les combiner progressivement.<\/p><p>\u00c0 ce stade, la position du corps devrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 enseign\u00e9e dans le programme pour d\u00e9butant du MIS (voir nage sur le dos), mais une r\u00e9vision est toujours encourag\u00e9e. N\u2019oubliez pas de garder la t\u00eate en arri\u00e8re et le corps horizontal. Les jambes et les bras sont introduits en utilisant des progressions de base en 3 \u00e9tapes pour chacun: par exemple pour les bras, les mouvements sont enseign\u00e9s en position debout en eau peu profonde, les mouvements des bras avec un pullboy, puis la nage du dos avec les bras uniquement. Ensuite, combinez les bras et les jambes et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez!<\/p><p>Une fois termin\u00e9, le nageur doit \u00eatre capable de nager au moins 2 longueurs sans s&#8217;arr\u00eater avec des mouvements simultan\u00e9s et basiques des bras et des jambes, tout en gardant tout son corps horizontal le long de la surface de l&#8217;eau.<br \/>En se concentrant sur les mouvements de base (techniques de base), les nageurs obtiennent les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions indispensables pour \u00e9tablir une familiarit\u00e9 et de bonnes habitudes de nage \u00e0 un plus jeune \u00e2ge.<\/p><p>Les mouvements de base seront plus tard perfectionn\u00e9s et ajust\u00e9s pour la vitesse, la puissance et la nage de comp\u00e9tition dans le programme avanc\u00e9. Les m\u00eames techniques de base doivent \u00eatre syst\u00e9matiquement renforc\u00e9es, comme les bras droits et les jambes droites. Alternez vos m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;enseignement (visuel, verbal, miroir, kinesth\u00e9sique) et regardez pour voir o\u00f9 votre nageur r\u00e9pond le mieux. N&#8217;oubliez pas de vous concentrer sur les corrections techniques de base, et surtout les encouragements et la motivation!<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* N\u2019oubliez pas que rien ne peut remplacer un instructeur de natation professionnel et d\u2019exercer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aquatique en tout temps lorsque vous suivez ces vid\u00e9os.
