Les nageurs qui peuvent compl\u00e9ter efficacement cette sur de longues distances (50 m et +) sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des nageurs ind\u00e9pendants et capables. Ceci donne aux parents la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit que leur enfant peut maintenant nager seul et de se sauver lui-m\u00eame en cas de chute en eau profonde. Cette vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sentera les 2 principales techniques de respiration enseign\u00e9es dans la fa\u00e7on du MIS, soit en soulevant la t\u00eate ou le retournement de la t\u00eate. Faites tr\u00e8s attention aux progressions et aux figures utilis\u00e9es pour amener progressivement le nageur \u00e0 une autonomie compl\u00e8te.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soulever la t\u00eate pour respirer est en utilisant la progression de la m\u00e9thode \u00ab Attrape et l\u00e2che \u00bb, qui consiste \u00e0 alterner rapidement entre une courte nage sur le ventre et de lever la t\u00eate pour respirer avec assistance. L\u2019assistance est progressivement supprim\u00e9e, transf\u00e9rant plus d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance au nageur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il puisse lever la t\u00eate pour respirer par lui-m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se retourner sur le dos pour respirer (\u00e9galement appeler nage-flotte-nage) est l\u2019une des comp\u00e9tences les plus difficiles du programme de nageur d\u00e9butant. Initialement, cette technique peut \u00eatre montr\u00e9e en tournant manuellement l\u2019enfant sur le dos au milieu de la nage en lui tenant la t\u00eate et le bras (comme dans la vid\u00e9o). Comme pour le Attrape et L\u00e2che, l\u2019assistance doit \u00eatre progressivement retir\u00e9e, afin de donner le contr\u00f4le total au nageur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 mesure que le nageur devient plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise, ces nages de longue distance doivent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es avec d&#8217;autres comp\u00e9tences de nageur d\u00e9butant pour d\u00e9velopper le confort, la confiance et surtout l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance. Par exemple, demandez \u00e0 votre nageur de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer un objet du fond alors qu&#8217;il est au milieu d&#8217;une distance de nage. Le confort avec ces techniques cr\u00e9era la base pour apprendre avec succ\u00e8s les bases des 4 coups de comp\u00e9tition dans notre programme de nageur interm\u00e9diaire.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappelez-vous que les nageurs d\u00e9butants sont principalement de jeunes enfants, donc la natation doit toujours \u00eatre amusante. Les comp\u00e9tences peuvent \u00eatre sous forme d\u2019aventure ou d\u2019histoire, les r\u00e9compenses et la motivation doivent \u00eatre g\u00e9niales et inspirantes, et surtout reconna\u00eetre \u00e0 quel point votre nageur est incroyable. Suivez de pr\u00e8s les progressions et rappelez-vous que l\u2019enthousiasme et la motivation sont essentiels pour que votre enfant aime l\u2019eau d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* N\u2019oubliez pas que rien ne peut remplacer un instructeur de natation professionnel et d\u2019exercer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aquatique en tout temps lorsque vous suivez ces vid\u00e9os.
