Dear Clients,

After further clarification of the additional restrictions on communities in the Red Zone, MIS will be required to pause all swimming lessons for the next 3 weeks until Oct 28th, effective as of Thursday, October 8, 2020.

As we know many of you are excited to continue swimming lessons, your current registration will be safe and secure during this period.

You will be issued a credit for the three missing weeks. No further action is required on your part, the credit will be applied automatically to your account to be used for a future season.

At this time, the government has made it clear that the goal of this temporary shutdown is to lower cases and resume sports activities at the end of this period. We are looking forward to resuming swim classes as of Thursday, October 29th.

Please note that our phone lines will be closed during this period, however, we will be available by email to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Look out for emails in the coming days as we look to provide virtual workouts during this time free of charge.

We appreciate your continued support during this challenging time. The MIS community is incredibly resilient and we will get over this hurdle. We look forward to seeing you all back in the pool in no time!

The Government of Quebec has made the decision to place all sporting activities on hold in communities in the Red Zone until Oct 28th. This is to help lower the number of COVID-19 cases. At MIS, your safety is our priority.

Nothing! Your Fall classes are simply paused for 3 weeks, your instructors are looking forward to seeing you again soon!

It’s simple, MIS will add the monetary amount of the 3 weeks to your account. This credit can be applied to any future season and does not expire. We know that swim lessons are important to you so we are making it an effortless process.

MIS is working hard to ensure that lessons can continue when the shut-down is lifted. We are looking into all possibilities to ensure your Fall lessons continue, even if an extension of the season is required. The Government of Quebec is also making it clear that sports are a priority for children.

    1. We are hard at work to ensure we are ready to resume lessons. The last few weeks have given us a lot to review and we want to address any issues that came up.
    2. Additionally, MIS will be providing virtual family workouts, free of charge! Stay tuned for more information.

Many aquatic centres are still open during this time for free-swim. Did you know that MIS created Learn to Swim videos this Summer? Click here to find out more.

Look out for our email to sign up for virtual at-home family workouts!
