Dear Clients,

After further clarification of the additional restrictions on communities in the Red Zone, MIS will be required to pause all swimming lessons for the next 3 weeks until Oct 28th, effective as of Thursday, October 8, 2020.

As we know many of you are excited to continue swimming lessons, your current registration will be safe and secure during this period.

You will be issued a credit for the three missing weeks. No further action is required on your part, the credit will be applied automatically to your account to be used for a future season.

At this time, the government has made it clear that the goal of this temporary shutdown is to lower cases and resume sports activities at the end of this period. We are looking forward to resuming swim classes as of Thursday, October 29th.

Please note that our phone lines will be closed during this period, however, we will be available by email to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Look out for emails in the coming days as we look to provide virtual workouts during this time free of charge.

We appreciate your continued support during this challenging time. The MIS community is incredibly resilient and we will get over this hurdle. We look forward to seeing you all back in the pool in no time!
